It’s been a while since we’ve posted a recipe, so here’s a yummy one for y’all.
Here’s what you’ll need:
Serving Size: ~4 People
3 lbs. Pork Ribs
2 Tbsp. Sugar
5 Tbsp. Gochuchang
1 tsp. honey
1 Tbsp. Soju (our substitute for mirin)
2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
1/2 Onion diced
5 cloves of Garlic Minced
Bring a large pot of water to a boil, reduce heat and put in pork ribs. Let them simmer for 20 minutes.
Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl for the marinade, while you wait.
Once the 20 minutes are up, drain the ribs and mix it in the marinade. Let sit for at least 30 minutes.
After the 30 minutes, add a little oil to a skillet and cook the ribs til’ they are fully cooked through.
And that’s it! You’re done!!
Easy, huh? And oh so yummy.
