Spring Rolls

spring rolls

Hello Hello,

Craving for Spring Rolls?!!

Here’s what you’ll need:

Servings: 4

Peanut Sauce:

~3/4 c. Hoisin Sauce

~3 tbsp. Peanut Butter

~1/4 or less of water

Add the hoisin sauce and the peanut butter together in a small bowl, and mix with a spoon. Add just enough water to make thin out the sauce (you may use more or less of the amount I listed above). Taste and adjust per preference.

Spring Rolls:

~1 pkt. of Rice Papers

~3/4 lb. of Shrimp (Already Cooked)

~1 Romaine Lettuce

~1 small pkt. Rice Vermicelli

Boil a water in a medium sized pot, and add in vermicelli noodles once ready. Cook the noodles until they’re ready(about 5~7 min). If your shrimp is raw, simply peel, wash, and boil them in water until they’re cooked all the way through. Then strain and let them cool on the side. For the romaine lettuce, simply break them apart and wash them. If they’re too big, just tear them in half before putting them in the wrap.

Then it’s all deliciousness from here; just follow the picture above to put the spring roll together:

1. dip the rice paper in warm/hot water all the way around

2. lay the now soften rice paper onto a plate, and pile everything you want on one side

3. roll everything together

4. dip & EAT

Happy Eating~
